Dear Rich:

Thank you so much for making our trip on Holland America absolutely supberb.
We upgraded to a deluxe suite two days before we left. What a joy that was for us.
Deluxe suites allowed us to board early and disembark first. The room was wonderful and the private lounge was just across the hall. It was wonderful having lattes any time of the day.

Special occasions were given to the guests in suites. One was on a beautiful day outside with white tents over us. Many beautiful flowers, palm trees, ice sculptures and white linen. This was a wine and cheese party....Oh dear...my kind of party.

The second event was on the last day in the crows nest with wine, champagne etc. seafood,caviar,desserts and many more wonderful items wonderfully served.

I enjoyed the deco and colors on this ship. The floral arrangements were beautiful.
So needless to say out of 10 cruises...3 with Holland America...we feel it was the best.

Mark and I want to thank you for doing a great job arranging our cruise. Everything was perfect. We were treated very well on the Star Princess. A beautiful ship, a lovely room, and so many activities! We went on an excursion every day except in Corfu, which we explored on foot/taxi.The two Boutique Ladies events were exceptional. Our tour of the Vatican was beyond our expectations. Flavia (our guide) buzzed us around and we saw so much more than the many large tour groups and we saw. To have her to ourselves was a real treat. The Gondola ride and restaurant in Venice are one of our favorite memories. We decided to take a water taxi to the airport from Venice the last day. We had a crazy boat driver who smoked cigarettes during the 25 minute ride and went very fast. I hung on for dear life while Mark took pictures :) We want to thank you for making the celebration of our 25th Anniversary a million exciting experiences, fond memories, stories to tell & reminisce for the rest of our lives. We avoid calling it the "trip of a lifetime" because we plan to have more such adventures in our future. Feel free (we encourage you) to forward this to your employer.
